Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction before the applicable promotional giveaway has taken place.

Refunds are generally not provided for donations. However, in cases of unauthorized transactions or errors, a refund request can be considered.
